FAQ
Common questions
What does EB5Corp actually do, versus the law firm?+
EB5Corp sponsors the regional center and prepares the project-side documentation — business plan, PPM, and economic analysis. Peachtree Law Group provides immigration counsel to investors and files petitions on their behalf. We coordinate closely so the documents and the filing tell one consistent story.
Is EB5Corp a law firm?+
No. EB5Corp is not a law firm and does not provide legal or investment advice. Prospective investors should retain independent immigration and securities counsel before subscribing to any offering.
How does EB5Corp select projects for the regional center?+
We evaluate TEA eligibility, job-creation capacity, sponsor track record, and capital stack feasibility before a project is accepted into the pipeline and drafting begins.
What happens if EB5Corp develops the project itself?+
On projects where we act as developer, the same EB5Corp team responsible for the economic analysis and business plan is accountable for construction and job-creation delivery — reducing the gap between what was filed and what gets built.
How long does the I-526E to I-829 timeline typically take?+
Timelines vary with USCIS processing volume and visa availability by country of chargeability. Your immigration counsel at Peachtree Law Group can provide a current estimate based on your specific case.
